Club President Joanna Davis commented, "The depth of talent across all age groups continues to impress, and it's particularly encouraging to see strong performances from both our younger athletes and masters competitors. These results show the strength and inclusivity of our club's program."
The meet also featured several para-athletic performances, including Sybella Warton (T/F37) in the Women's Open 100m, highlighting the club's commitment to inclusive competition.
Athletes will now focus on securing a final berth in Round 6 as we head into the silly season with many looking well-positioned to achieve qualifying standards for higher-level competition.
Continued support from Ku-Rin-Gai Little Athletics and other centres continue to do enough to strengthen the younger divisions while our competitors have explored inclusivity and embracing the parents and grand parents of their incorporated little athletics centres. Well done, and we look forward to seeing them in the final.
